Post Count Frozen????

Why hjas my post count been frozen at 9? I've made over 50 posts to this site and it still read only 9. I've also seen other members that have 0 posts to their name, yet they have made probably close to 100 posts.... anybody else having this problem????

If you make a post in a talk forum, it does not count towards your post count. They only count in tech sections and the regional forums.
