Power-Trax differential?

A friend of mine has a power-trax that he took out of his '93 Cobra. He wants $150 bucks for it, it also has 4.10 gears with it. My question is, is there anyone here running a Power-Trax, are you satisified with it, is it reliable, what is the maintance upkeep for the unit? Thanks for your input people.

I tried a powertrax for a short time and did not like it. It made terrible clunks occasionally on the street after cornering.
