Bought a 2001 cobra and been doing the minor fixes it needs. The day I bought it the driver side window went down but wouldn’t go back up. Could tell I had power to the motor when switch was depressed for going down but no response going up. A few days later going to get the car inspected and it finally decided to work and has been since then. Anyway to clean the contacts on the switch or where can I buy a new one? Google doesn’t bring the one I need except for a used one and prefer not to buy used since it may be a common issue. Any leads would be appreciated!

New Window Switch

You might check that your regulator and etc is solid though; my passenger window likes to hang sometimes, and it's definitely not the motor.
I checked out the regulator and it looked good making sure it wasn’t in a bind. I went ahead and ordered new regulators for both sides cause the passenger side was jacked up. Those regulators are a pain and I’m not ready to go through all that quite yet if it’s the switch giving me problems
