Paint and Body Quarter Window Panel Coming Loose

I’ve noticed the rubber panel on one of my quarter windows is starting to come loose. I’m worried about water getting trapped back there when it rains. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Mine is about the same way on my 19. Don't think it's a big issue. The window is actually sealed behind that so no water should enter the car from there.

I wasn’t so much worried about water getting into the car as I was about water pooling and the potential problems that could result.

I’ve also noticed it slowly becoming slightly more loose over the past months.
