quick oil psi ??

Ok so i changed my oil yesterday with max life 10w30 with a wix filter. the prev owner had synthetic 5w20 and he said he put that lucal oil stuff in it. Driving home from work today i noticed sitting at idle the oil would drop slightly above low but go to mid normal to just below while cruising. I know that the stock gauges are crap but this is something it didnt do the day before. I am also in FL so its HOT. just did coolant flush and added some water wetter also.

Swapping to the 5w30 should not have caused the oil pressure to drop, check to make sure you didn't disturb the wire on the pressure sender down near the oil filter. If that doesnt work Id swap the sender....

Yeah i just think it was hot out and the oil thinned cause that night it was at mid normal. I have heard lots of good things from wix filters so I finally got one cause oreillys has them and I always went to AZ where they dont carry them at all. I almost bought all of them on the shelf lol.
