Exhaust Rattle coming from manifold

So I have a rattle when my 2001 mustang is turned on sometimes and sometimes when I put it into gear. After I’ve driven it for a while and it’s warmed up, the rattle goes away. There is an exhaust leak from where the manifold and the exhaust pipe meet on the passenger side. Could this exhaust leak between the manifold and pipe be the cause of my rattle? It’s a stock exhaust and it sounds like the rattle is coming from that general area. I’ve looked for loose sheilds and hangers, but there are none. Can someone help?
