Rear Brake line block, where the lines go

If you follow the rear brake lines on a fox body, they go into some kind of block in front of the rear axle. Is this riveted in? It is bolted to the floor. Anybody know how to take it out and reinstall it? thanks

I think its called the rear distibution block
