Rear brakes

What rear brake setup is everyone using with there c-clip eliminators. Only ones I can find are the strange drag race brakes.

I'm using SN95 with the factory brackets notched and put on the opposite side. This allows for stock width fox length axles. On thing to keep in mind since I ordered 33 spline Moser 5 lug axles I had the larger hat machined to fit the SN95 rotor.
