rear end troubles..

Hey everyone.. I have been having issues with my rear in my 97 gt. Since september of 09 I have had to replace my wheel bearings 3 times (the 3rd time also required a axle change) and now they are bad again.. this is getting ridiculous. is this common? anyone have any idea what is being done wrong? everything seemed to be fine for about 6-8 weeks after each repair and then they went bad..
any help would be great.

Are you seeing any small metal shavings in the rear? The center section and the tubes need to be cleaned extreamly well each time.

What are the bearings and axles looking like when you replace them? More info please.

What wheels are you running in back? If not stock, what's the offset?
