I bought some new D&D Motorsport upper and lower control arms off of Ebay and installed the uppers with no problems, went to install the lowers and found out that the stock bolts are to big to fit through the bushing of the new lowers, any ideals on what i sould do.

just cruise by your local auto parts store and pick up some suitably sized bolts . . .

NO! DON'T DO THIS!!

If you put too small of a bolt in the hole it will slowly make it's way bigger and bigger. Eventually you'll always have slop and bad metal clunking noises coming from the back end and you'll have to have new mounts welded in. D&D has sent you the arms for a 87-93 body style. In 94 they went one size larger on the front lower bolts. Call them up and they should be able to straighten it out!
