Rear lower control arms What goes with mac?

Im gonna have a 5 lug rear disc 8.8 rear installed in my 83i finally got it. It came complete with mac lowers from junk yard. Im wondering what uppers do i use or do i just keep em stock what about springs if they are coming off should i upgrade rear springs while there. thx:SNSign:

ford racing uppers there bout 60 bucks alittle stiffer than stock but not to stiff stock springs are ok unless you want to lower the car or drag race

Being an 83 model, replace with the FMS unless you want to stiffen the riden a little more. My experience is that the lower control arms offer more than the uppers for a daily driver.
