i have an 89 gt with cobra rims on it. i noticed that when i cut the wheel all the way to the left or right that the inside lip of the rim is hitting the control arm. is there some kind of stop i could weld on the control arm to stop the knuckel from turning so far, or maybe do i need different control arms. i would like to get a tubuler k member with new control arms, but i dont have alot of spair cash right now. any ideas?

This is common with the 9" Cobra R's on a Fox. Pretty sure you can buy a rack limiter to help the problem.

I'm not using one but I should. I used a zizwheel and slightly notched my a-arms and that helped alot.

Maybe someone else will chime in with a link and better info for you.

good luck
