ford racing has a thicker radiator for the stang. i bought my car with one already in it. i have had the car for a year and a half. with a 180 degree thermostat the temp guage goes to the L and stays even in 90-100 degree weather.

Im confused...this post sounds like youre bragging about the radiator, but you do NOT want your gauge to be at the L

That's like 240* dude..that is WAY TOO HOT!!


In a STOCK car, you dont want the temp past 220*.
WIth a power adder or AL heads, 200 is the max.

this is good to hear... i'm going to drop saving up for a fluidyne and go with summit. i already have enough for the a summit rad. just in time for spring! yeah!
