Rubbing Noise

I have a 2000 gt convertible, 5 speed with about 123,000 miles. I recently installed new brake pads, rotors and calipers on the front due to a seized caliper. I had a rubbing noise before i did that, i hear it when i start accelerating from a stop, but it only happens after the car is warmed up. I thought it was the seized caliper but i still get the noise. I cant figure out what it is. Any help or tips is appreciated. Thanks.
