Running. Extremely hot

I have a 2011 gt convertible that has been running hot. But not on the gave under the car. I recently had all bearings, brakes and roters replaced. Last night i was checking under the
Front passenger side and noticed a lot of grass stuck under the car. When i started pulling it out i noticed it wasnt grass but tiny wires that looked like grass.. And right beside i noticed a tiny rubber hose.. Does anyone know why that could be there ?

Maybe a picture would help. Cause for the life of me, I have no clue what you're talking about. Can't picture such a thing in my mind.
