Drivetrain S197 Clutch Pedal Rough Vibration

2008 mustang gt recently got a bad vibration/pulse on the clutch pedal while engaging and depressing the pedal.
I got my clutch exedy stage one,throw out bearing,flywheel resurfaced,New clutch line, slave and master cylinder
All that was done about 6 months ago
So I have no idea why it's acting up again any ideas ?

Sounds a lot like a warped flywheel to me. Might be time for a new one
