sct 2 install

hey i just got my ti intake the sct tuner from tunable induction...& in the instructions it says to remove the fan and fuel pump before tuning the car. i was wondering if this was absolutely necessary and if so were are those fuses in the panel. it seems that ive misplace my service manual & it doesnt say on the cover. any help would be appreciated. thanx.

I did it the first time, but don't bother with it now. You shouldn't have any problem.

it prevents a voltage spike during the reflashing process.
