Serious dilemma...about to buy heads, CNC edelbrocks or TFS

Ok so I am getting all my prices and numbers for my big head purchase (well, big deal for me anyways).

What is boils down to is the following...paying 1280US for a set of TFS heads with the upgraded valve springs

OR

CNC Performer RPMs with the 1.90 intake valve for basically the same price but locally

OR

CNC Performer RPM head with the 2.02 intake valve also locally.

The prices for all of these are very close. I am kinda leaning to buying locally but I dont know how much power I am going to give up if I stay with the small valve eddies. The 2.02 valve makes me leary just because I dont know if I will have the P/V clearance....but I do have aftermarket wiseco forged pistons with reliefs, but I dont know the size of the reliefs

AND FOR THE RECORD I WANT THE BEST PERFORMANCE OUT OF THE BOX, I dont wanna hear about how good they can be with $1000 port jobs.

I prefer CNC machined as well.

What cam do you plan on going with, with these heads?

Trickflow's (summit owns them if I recall) have a better 17*/15* valve angle that allows the use of their 2.02" intake valve, over the other 2.02" competition.

That is a touch choice.

I would almost say, just go with the Trickflow set.

But CNC are always nice:nice:
