My view point on it would be :)

You know it has had a blower and has been subjected to some abuse
so ..........
I'd have to tear it down and check it real good for peace of mind :Word:

Short block is OEM ... nothing special with 59K

To me that girdle is worth nothing as I would have no use for it
but
Perhaps you can sell it

The cam to me would be of no interest but you might be able to sell it

The heads and head bolts would be of the most interest to me and
I would value them at about 80% of their original value
if
Upon inspection you see they have not been fired up.

So .........

Subtract from the 1700 the parts you might be able to sell
or
If you keep them ... you should add in what you believe to be their value

anyway ... I'm sure you see where I'm going :D

You are trying to see how much you really are paying for an OEM
59K short block that has had a blower on it.
