A lot of the time when I 'back arrow' on my IE web browser I'll get a white screen and things will just sit there with the wait circle spinning sometimes but nothing ever happens. Even when I enter the website in that tab's address line a lot of the time it will still happen. I have to get completely out then back in to get it to work and sometimes have to clear my cache before even that works.

Stop using IE. User Chrome or FireFox and import all of your IE settings.

You'll gripe and moan for the first week or two before trying to decide WTF you didn't do this in the first place.

It's not just SN that will see a large in improvement in performance. It's nearly EVERY website that is not developed by the government or Microsoft.
