Yeah, and i would recommend just getting an SN95 BJ. I got mine from AZ and it didnt even use a cotter pin to lock it down, the nut was a nylon lock nut. So you just torque it down to spec and are done, no lining up the stupid cotter pin which will rust-weld itself to the threads in a year. Its a PITA to get the stock fox ones off sometimes.
ALso, the brake "line" you speak of is called a
brake hose, and yes youll need new ones. I would highly recommend you try to get 01-04 brake calipers, banjo bolts, and
brake hoses. The brake calipers are aluminum, dual piston, and fit under 16" wheels. I beleive you have the 17" GT wheels anyway so no biggy on wheel clearance. They are much lighter and better than the 94-98 crap which is single piston, iron. Heavy as balls. When i did all of this i had '95 banjo bolts and they wouldnt thread into my '99 calipers, but apparently ford changed the thread pitch back to the early SN after '01. I had to shell out $30 for new banjos. Some dealers wanted $50 / pair! Oh and one last note, i had to grind just a tad off my SN95 spindles to get the newer calipers to clear, but it was not much and not hard to do.
Good Luck
