You mean GT/V6 rear rotors with Cobra rear rotors?
Yes. They are the same caliper except for the u-shaped caliper support bracket. On the cobra it's wider to accomodate the wider cobra rotor. You can just clearance the bracket slightly with a grinder to fit the rotor. Pads are thinner however.
You also need the cobra specific axle bracket and anti-moan brackets
