Sn95 Coils On Foxbody?

So I got a set of coils from my buddies sn95 gt that he'd cut, I'm assuming, a coil off of each. It got his car pretty low, was wondering during what would happen if I out them on my foxbody, if possible. It's an LX hatch, 5.0, if that helps any. Thanks!

I'd think they were the same spring as far as figment goes, but going through the ordeal of installing a hacked spring in place of your stocker seems like a waste of time for what will probably turn out to be a poor ride at best.

Springs are the same. The struts on the SNs are a little taller. Cutting coils is not the best way to lower a car. Progressive rate springs do not react well to hacked coils. It will give you a crappy ride. Given that your springs are probably 20 years old anyway, it's a good investment to buy proper lowering springs. You can probably get a used set at a very reasonable price. New ones aren't expensive either.
