Speakers

I was thinking about how the original speaker setup in my 1970 mustang leaves much to be desired. I haven't really looked around because this isn't too high on my priority list for this car, but I imagine that the aftermarket systems are fairly pricey. Do y'all think that one could get the speakers out of, say, something like a 2014 mustang partout to put in a 1970 mustang? It seems to me that speakers like this would not be too hard to get and deliver much better sound quality.

I am saving a set of speakers from a 2002 expedition i will be using in my 69 ,they were the premium sound package .

That's encouraging haha. How difficult do you think it will be to put them in? And, if you don't mind my asking, how much were the speakers?

Yes And yes I bought a 2002 for the motor and it had the premium sound system .I have a package tray in my 69 fast back so it will not be a problem ,but i think they will easily fit in the factory spearker location in the doors
