where's the cheapest place to order these, cuz the places i'm seeing are not 49.99 as previously mentioned they are more like 70? any ideas

Call Dallas Mustang and ask, I didnt see them on the website but they do
keep them in stock. They said a local company makes them for Mustangs
and Hummers.

You get what you pay for... some inserts are very thin and scratch easily. Others are thicker and micro polished.

My inserts are by UPR and are about $75 or so.

But 2 years after installing they are still shiny, have no scratches and are thick and durable.

bluextc, ray had the chrome vinyl ones in his before he got his body kit and it looked good.

I never saw his car before the kit. I've just got the plain old black vinyl ones. I'm slowly replacing anything on the exterior that's silver or chrome with black

No, I hadn't. Now I've got to figure out how to make that one fly around here. I promised no more money spent on the stang until next summer, and then I went and ordered crap on ebay this week anyway (stupid light blue and white pinstripes coming off this week and black barbed wire pinstripe going on instead). Guess I'll have to put black chrome inserts on the bday/christmas list.

I thought all females know its not how much you spend, its how much
you saved thats important. In that case get the $50. SS's from DM.
They are awesome, especially if you have chrome wheels.
By doing this you have instantly saved $ 85 by not getting the black chrome's.
