MRaburn updated StangNet's 1986 GT Project with a new update entry:

Rebuilt braking system

We had the right front wheel locking up after new brakes so we went and tackled it. Ended up replacing the Booster and Master cylinder and rebuilt the Proportioning valve.

I bought this car from the guy who purchased from MRaburn. It was in pretty much the same form with some repo Cobra R's and tint.

Intent is to leave it alone as a cruiser since I have a full tilt 92 that's under the knife. First thing I did was put the 10 holes back on.

Paint was cloudy so cleaned, corrected, and ceramic coated.

Car had a pretty significant rear main leak, so installed new seal and clutch. Cork VC gaskets were leaking and was a nice mouse nest under the intake so replaced those as well. Ran hot on the trip home, added a 3 core radiator and new fan.

Always wanted a Vortech on my 92 when I was in hs, and found a sci heritage gear kit on sale from Beefcake racing.

Excited to enjoy the car, it has some other issues I'm going to iron out over winter but it is exactly the car I was looking for. Thanks @MRaburn

So nice to see it go to a great home! I have countless hours in the restoration. I had never touched the engine or anything. This was the first Mustang I ever rode in (1987), it was my second cousins, a school teacher, who babied it forever. I focused on restoring its appearance and sold before I did any engine work. It's all original.

You can see all the pics and progress of the resto here in this Google Photo library.
