Steering Column Piece 88 Mustang

I am looking for the piece that goes in front of the wheel and is in between were the switches are and were the wheel is. You can see from the picture I have posted the piece that's missing. I recently got a new wheel from Summit and an install kit but I still don't have the part I need. Does anyone know where I can find it? Thanks
