so i replaced my distributor because 3 of the teeth on the bottom gear were stripped off. i got the new one in and set the timing at 14. the car ran okay but not under WOT. i set it at around 12 and it seemed to run good all around. i had it like that for a day or 2 and started noticing what seemed like a slight misfire. so i checked the timeing again and set it between 12 and 13. it ran great for that night and the next day, then it started running weird again. but i dont always notice it. when it does run weird i will notice that the idle is very jumpy and sits around 800. il turn the car off and start it back up and it will idle fine and run fine for the rest of my drive. i am taking the spout out when setting timing. any advice would be great thanks
