Stock Or Modify??

I sold my car just like that. 1990 5 speed, vinyl interior. Rusted shock towers, and floors. I was going to fix it, but came across a rust free GT. I live in and, guy flew in from Dallas and bought it. Too much rush, didn’t want to deal with it. Cool car, I loved the color combo.

If that’s true about the vinyl interior, I had that other one. Hard to believe they only made two cars like that.

Thank you all for your responses. I've read all of them and value everyone's opinion. So far, the few mods I have done I've kept all original parts, with the exception of the cat-back exhaust. I've cleaned, wrapped, and stored all of them. The few interior pieces I've worked on, I ordered used ones online and modded those. The original ones are untouched. Thanks again to all who have responded. I'll probably keep heading in my current direction, which is upgrading the suspension. This car had the original shocks and struts. They were very worn, to say the least. :)
