So I went to buy a new radiator since mine was leaking thinking I had a stock one in there and had no cooling problems. Well the guy before me must have put in a aftermarket one because it turns out it is about twice the thickness as a stock one. My guestion was do you think a stock radiator can hold up to 300+hp? Maybe the auto store gave me the wrong one is a stock radiator only about a inch thick? Any imput would be helpfull!!!thanks I'f you think I would need a better one which would you suggest on a limited budget?

94's radiators are 1 inch thick. stock Fox should be a 2 core and thicker. I would really get a 3 core (from Autozone or Pep. Modine and GDI make them) or one of the nice alum jobbies (which are under 200 bucks!) online. then you dont have to wonder, you know.

good luck.

well, they make a "heavy duty" version that is like another $75 more.

HOWEVER, if i was you, and this is probably going to be my path, i would get the $180 Griffin aluminum radiator. i would then mix up a nice coolant mix and add some Water Wetter to make it run just a bit cooler.
