Hello I have a weird misfire and sputtering problem with my 89 gt foxbody has anyone ever came across this one it has a sputtering at 1800 rpm and around 4500 falls straight to its face what’s weird of it if I turn the car off and turn it back on it will go away. Any info will be appreciated thanks. New to the forums thanks.

Check voltage at your coil. You're going to need to wire something up so that you can reference it under load.

The [easiest] method to pull codes is with a cheap-azz OBD1 code reader from Amazon.
