Paint and Body Stress cracks on hood frame

I’ve been wondering about these for a while. Been there since I owned the car. Are these cracks in the hood support common, or was this frame reskinned?
I see no signs of bondo or bodywork on the topside. They are in the same spot on both sides. I guess it just bothers me seeing them every time I open the hood.

I have never seen a hood crack like that, especially both sides.

I have. It possibly got folded back and was forced back into shape. That's what made it happen on both sides. I have a hood with those marks.
