Stupid MAF conversion question

About ready to finally convert 88 mustang to MAF. Last part I need is the MAF adapter to use the '95 MAF sensor.

I see the parts on ebay 10-15.00, and then there's the Kustomz TR70 that's mentioned in the threads.

Only difference I can see is the TR70 is more expensive due to being fabricated from a solid piece of billet. Claims of keeping airflow straighter etc. etc...

Stupid question is, does it make that big a difference?

I read some of the previous posts that said the ebay adapters were fairly flimsy and easily bent.

Disruptive airflow just before the meter I guess is one reason ford put the screen on the 94/95 mafs?! Straighten out the airflow before taking the sampling, or so it's assumed.

I suppose if you going to do it, do it right....
