In the process of dressing up the engine bay a tad, and that will involve a new air cleaner assembly and changing the pcv setup on there now.

Atm the righthand cover vents into an outlet on back of carb, and lefthand cover vents into outlet on bottom of current air cleaner....do both sides really need to vent back into the engine? I want to keep right side the same, and add one of these filtered breathers to left side valve cover

Thanks!

I am going to use this as my PCV valve, http://store.summitracing.com/egnsearch.asp?N=700+400106+115+4294815985 I will install it at the rear of the right side valve cover, I have a chrome vented cap (no hose) at the front of the left valve cover.

I have a regular plastic PCV valve now and found some molded hose at the parts store that I could use to connect the valve to the vacuum source. Much neater looking than a plain piece of rubber line flopping around.
