Stupid Tuner Question

I just bought a SCT tuner with tunes from Bama and loaded the "street" tune. Today I will fill the tank with 93 octain and load the "Race" tune. Do I need to return the car to the stock tune before I load the race tune, or can I just load the race tune? The car is an 05 GT with auto tranny.

I have never returned my car back to stock when loading my updated tunes and have never had a problem, so I'd say its not necessary, you will see a BIG difference between the street and race tune

Let us know how you like it.

BTW, if you dont have a Cold Air Induction yet, get one, something like a C&L Racer......it will make a make a HUGE difference as well, just be sure to update your tune.
