Summit seats//mounts

Anyone using these, how did you compensate for the width?

Took the original seats out, and put the tracks on the Summit seats, went to put it in the car and noticed it was ~2 inches wider. One track lined up with the hole and stud, other side...no such luck.

I can figure something out in terms of "engineering" them to fit, however, I'm not trying to re-invent the wheel, looking for inputs.

Searched here and Corral, not much luck...

looks like you were typing fast...did you mean ...get...adapter brackets?

And no, I did not. Was under the impression stockers would work, when accounting for the length, ie drilling a new hole. My problem is width.

Any info, or a link to said brackets?

Yeah.

With my corbeau seat i used brackets, Basically 2 pieces of metal with holes drilled in them.

You may want to go to home depot and get some metal and make your own brackets.

Try doing a search on the forum for a install on the summit seats. I remember reading that people reused the stock mustang sliders but had to redrill one hole.

I love those seats by the way
