Engine Supercharged 03 Gt With Erratic Idle Issue's

Hey guys I have a supercharged 03 gt with erratic idle issue's. However mine idles to low like below 1000 rpm the back up tp 1200 or so. This is only at red lights it is a 4r70w trans with a aftermarket converter any idea's?

Do you own a code reader and have you pulled codes?
