Supercharger noob. Someone please explain..

I always see people have superchargers in their sigs and it says "S-trim SC-trim or T-trim or sumthing like that. What does that mean and the differences between them???

Different models of superchargers. Some are bigger than others supporting more boost, and there are also internal differences. I still don't know them well.

All the trims you mentioned belong to the Vortech Supercharger family.

The list from smallest to largest blower goes like this:

A-Trim
SC-TRIM
S-TRIM
T-TRIM

Some things to consider:

SC-TRIM is actually an A-TRIM's bellhousing with an S-TRIM's compressor blade

SQ-TRIM stands for *super quiet* or whatever... its not as loud as the other trims

the T-TRIM is the bad boy of the bunch, suited for almost track only applications
