Suspension Question

I've previously changed the stock struts to Tokico HP's (blue), I also added UPR c/c plates, and last week I added '03-'04 Cobra control arms. The ride is very good especially on bumpy roads. My question is when I first turn the wheel either direction but mostly while at full stop to the right, I hear a noise like something is binding. The noise was there prior to the control arm change. What could it be?

How is your power steering system? A slight noise from the pump is normal at a full turn in either direction, but is shouldn't grind. Have you looked at your tie rods? My friend had a similar problem because he somehow managed to bend the passenger side one.

I was thinking tie rods. I should also say I changed the steering shaft because of a bad ragjoint.
