I'm setting up my disc break sn95 rear to go into my fox. I have the center brake line I bought new. I'm wondering if I can use the stock hard lines that are currently on my stock drum brake rear?

I have a nice small tube bender to get them into the correct shape if needed. But I'm unsure if the ends are the same thread.

You can. You'll need to bend a small S bend or loop at the end and use an adapter.

Weatherhead 7818 is what fits. It crossreferences to a few other fittings but I don't have that info on hand. A little googling can find you come of them pretty easy. I think NAPA sells Weatherhead (Eaton) fittings.
