Sync 3 Issues

Hi everyone,

Just got a new GT last week and I can't seem to make my iPhone work with the apps feature. Bluetooth works but when I connect the USB it tells me there is no usb device connected. I have the new sync 3 system and an iPhone 6s.

Do you have a base model or premium model? I'm only familiar with the premium interface, I know the base model console functions differently.

Have you tried turning the blue tooth off when the usb is connected phone to car?

Thanks. Finally managed to get it to index. Still can't manage the apps. It just keeps up upgrading for ever. Thanks for the input.
