T5 Lakewood Bellhousing fit on 65 Mustang

Hi Everyone,

I am getting close to putting my 408w back in the new fastback. I am wanting to put a lakewood bellhousing on my T5 instead of the stock aluminum one.I am just wondering if there would be any clearance issues with the trans tunnel when using this?

Motor Trans info:

408w
GForce T5
Hydraulic clutch setup

Anything else I am missing? I dont want to have to pull the trans again for a while, its not exactly fun!

I had a Lakewood skatter shield infront of a 5 speed in my '66 in the late 90's and I dont remember there being any issues with fitment. Heavy, red and safe!

excellent! Thats what I wanted to hear. I really dont feel like using a BFH on the underside of my fasbtack. Thanks for the response!
