after driving the mustang for a good period of a time the transmission leaks on the exhaust which causes smoke fumes inside the car I had change the transmission seal twice and still the same results any help would help

It can be several things. The rear seal is one, the Speedo gear o ring, or the main cover, which uses rtv and no gasket, or the tailshaft to case seal, which is also rtv.

I chased a leak on mine for years and never got it to stop until i rebuilt the trans. Not sure where the leak was coming from, but I apparently fixed it during the rebuild.

I had a leak coming from my tranny where the VSS goes into it, it was leaking onto my exhaust. My cruise didn’t work so I replaced it with a oem sensor which came with the proper o ring. No more leak. Look there too.
 
There's a out put shaft bushing in the rear tail of the t5 transmission. If the bushing is bad it'll cause the rear seal to leak. Usually, it'll also cause a small vibration.
