Tag Your Classifieds to help Find Items

** PLEASE use this thread to compile and add to tags that are being used in the classifieds to help find items.**

Below is information to help you post/find Classifieds using tags to find certain items and by Regional location. Please review. As more tags are used/needed this thread will be updated.


Include a Regional Tag:
To help our users find your classified ad by region if a)you are only selling locally/regionally or b)they are only looking for classifieds locally/regionally.

The below tags should be used to mark your region and keep the tags consistent.

southeast
westcoast
southwest
midwest
mid-atlantic
northwest
northeast
canada-west
canada-east
european
theisland


Region Searching Tips:
Tag Cloud Search by Region - Use Links below to find items in your region.

Advanced -
Use the Forums Advanced search to specify a classifieds forum category and include a regional tag.

EXAMPLE
Let's say I live in the Southeast.

Well then we need to tag the thread for the region by using the tag fields and placing 'southeast' in the post.

Now if I want to see all threads for the Southeast.

Mustang Forums at StangNet - Threads Tagged with southeast

I can then do an advanced search and search only specific forums and with the desired tag needed.
