Tell me if this 67 is worth $2500

There is this stang that is a 67 with a 460 bored to I think a 513. Perfect black interior but the outside needs painted. Has new body panels. He said it starts and runs but I can only go forward and back up just a little bit because he said it has no brakes. I'm going to try to take a look at it tomorrow. What do you guys think? Also has a c6 transmission

Check for 3 things:

1. Rust
2. Rust
3. Rust

If you can't find any rust it might be a good buy.

Make sure the body panels line up good too since they've been replaced. Plus, the torque from a 513 wreaks havoc on an unstrengthened unibody so take a long hard looks at things like door alignment, decklid alignment, etc etc.

Check the plugs as well to get an idea on how it's running.

Plan on putting 3-4k into it right off the bat to bring it into driveable condition.
