My brother's 95 cobra 5spd with only a k&n cut a 14.1 with a 60 ft in the 2.0-2.2 range forgot. So with traction i'm sure you could probably pull high 13s with the gears.
depending on the situation, i believe gmkiller ran a 12.9 with his stockish cobra... He had stock h/c/i at least. But thats a really rear case though. I would say high 13's personally.
There is a lot of variation based on driver skill and track conditions. It would be easier to predict trap speed than trying to guess at ET. I've seen 0.5 - 1.0 second differences just on driver alone, at the same track on the same day.
