timing chain sprockets help??

I am doing a cam swap and i am down to the timing chain. I took the bolt out of the top sprocket and went to slide it off and the bottom crank sprocket is stuck and wont move. Is there an easy way to pop the sprocket off. I thought about a puller but i dont know where i would grab onto the sprocket at.

Get a big flat head screw driver and pry it from the back till it starts to move, then you should be able to pull the rest of it forward w/ your hands.

EDIT: Actually your gonna have to pry the bottom sprocket by the timing chain. So place the screwdriver behind the bottom of the timing chain and pry
