Transmission anyone??? need help with this one...

ok so since i've fixed the acceleration issue i've been cruising around... i've noticed that it kicks when put in reverse and when it downshifts... what could this mean? new tranny? service? miracle?

Also my headlights came in. They look nice... But does anyone know of a tool i can buy that will cut bolts off?

Oh, and autos aren't my specialty but it sounds like it might need a flush & new filter.
