I don't know if there is a write up for it but I'm sure you could Google it and find a video.
Should be able to just remove the driveshaft, remove cross member and trans mount. Remove the speed sensor and take the bolts out of the tail housing. Knock the bushing and seal out and replace with new. Pay attention to the alignment of the bushing because it has a drain back hole in it. There are tools out there to change the bushing without removing the tail shaft but it's not necessary unless you want to do a lot of them.
You will also need a tail housing gasket.
