I hope I'll offend nobody with my following post. I do not own a Mustang but I'm in the Ford Fam. and would like to share my current experience with MD.
I used there Product/Chip on my T-Bird over 4 1/2 Years with no Complains.
Since some recent changes from my side I contacted them for a re-burn of my Chip.
I decided to have the tune done somewhere else but still highly respect there Customer Service. Look at the date of original Purchase!

What modifications have you done since the last time we tuned it?
Depending on your mods we should be able to re-tune it for $40 and you
can just mail it to us.
